Rehearsals Begin for Spells of the Sea in St. Louis

Happy New Year! What a year it has already shaped up to be. This year Spells of the Sea will have it’s first fully staged performance. We are very grateful for the investors who make this possible and also for the generous donors to Metro Theater Company.

Rehearsals Begin

Rehearsals begin this January in St. Louis. We will be gathering an impressive team of folks from all over the country to create this special piece.

Our writing team will be flying from Texas to St. Louis. Our music director, Deborah Wicks LaPuma, will be coming in from California. One of our lead actors will be joining us from Arizona, and our musical orchestrator will be stopping in from Wisconsin.

In addition, our New York-based costume designer, Cynthia Nordstrom, will be making frequent trips to St. Louis. Of course I’ll be coming in from Utah, as well.

Scenic Design
