Joy: A New True Musical

A NOTE FROM MEGAN ANNJoy is the very first musical I ever signed on to co-produce. The story of a strong female entrepreneur overcoming great obstacles and balancing it all with family life really resonates with me. I knew as soon as I read an early draft that I wanted to be part of this one; and if I am going to produce a show on Broadway, let it be one titled “JOY!”
My husband and I have been entrepreneurs for decades. We know the risks, the joys, and the challenges; the feasts and famines of it all.
I have great respect for Joy Mangano. I hope that through my work on Broadway I can share with my daughter, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter how hard work and sticking with your goals can make one’s dreams a reality.
